Midway through last December, after at least 6 years or more, saw the untimely departure of one key contributor to the Group’s Management Committee, Hatti Tweedle. Having been with her Member employer Maylarch Environmental Limited, Cassington for 11+ years; more latterly in the role of Group HR Manager, as an integral apart of the M&M Waste Solutions, Eynsham, amalgamation success story, she and her husband decided to relocate to their beloved Portland in Dorset – the draw of the sea, sailing and Jurassic coastline being far too much to resist.
In recognition of what Hatti clearly brought to the Group and her employer alike, the Chairman was delighted to present her with a glorious bouquet as a mark of how much her contribution was valued over the years. Her cheeriness, quick thinking and engaging enthusiasm will be greatly missed by the team, let alone the Group. To this end, the MC wishes them both every happiness in their new found ‘careers’ and for what the future might have in store.
