How We Support Employers as a CITB-backed Training Group

As a CITB-supported Training Group, we exist to help local and specialist construction employers like you get the most from your training investment. We’re funded by CITB and led by employers, offering practical, affordable and relevant training support tailored to your business needs.

Thanks to funding from CITB, we can offer our support at minimal cost. We work closely with a CITB Engagement Adviser who helps us connect you to the right training, grants, and wider industry support.

  • Discounted Training – We negotiate with Approved Training Organisations to secure high-quality training at significantly reduced rates – often up to 40% less than standard market prices.
  • Personalised Training Support We help plan and organise the training your team needs – from mandatory health and safety courses to specialist skills. We also assist with CITB grant applications, course bookings, and all the admin that comes with training.
  • Up-to-date Advice and Guidance – We keep you informed about industry changes, training standards, grant funding and compliance updates – helping you stay one step ahead.
  • Networking Opportunities – Through our events and communications, you’ll connect with other construction employers in your area or trade, sharing insights, best practice and opportunities.
